See everything about one employee: sign-ins, emails and changes

Open Employees, tap a person, then the Activity tab. It is one timeline of everything about them, newest first, grouped by day. Activity is part of Pro.

At the top

• Last sign-in: when, the city, the IP address and the device.
• Sign-ins, last 30 days, and from how many IP addresses.
• Emails, last 30 days: how many were delivered and opened, and any that bounced.
• Last punch, and how it was made.

What the timeline shows

• Sign-ins with the IP address, the place and the device, for example Safari on an iPhone.
• Punches: at the time clock, from their own phone or computer (with the IP address and device), or added by a manager. Off-site punches say how far away they were.
• Emails Kloqk sent them, such as their schedule for the week or an invitation, marked Delivered, Opened, Clicked or Bounced. A bounce means the address is wrong or the mailbox refused it: check their email in the profile.
• Requests: time off, shift swaps, answers to "Can you work this shift?", and asks to fix a punch, with who approved or declined them.
• Changes: punch edits, and every change to their profile field by field (for example "Phone: 555 0100 to 555 0199"), PIN changes, invitations, passwords set for them, and when their employment ended. Each says who made it.
• Documents sent to sign, signed, uploaded and deleted, and texts sent and received.

Use the buttons above the timeline to show one kind at a time, and Show older to go back further. Pay changes appear only for people allowed to see pay.

Who can see it

Owners and admins, and managers unless you turn it off in Settings > Team > Permissions ("See employee activity"). People only see activity for people below them: a manager sees staff, not other managers or the owner. Everyone can see their own.
