How to calculate a timesheet
For each day, find the time between clock-in and clock-out, subtract unpaid breaks, then convert minutes to decimal (minutes ÷ 60). Sum the days for the weekly total. A time clock like Kloqk does this automatically and exports the totals to payroll, free.
