Your careers page
Share your free careers page, put it on your own website as a link, button or job list, and make it look like your business.
Every Kloqk business has a careers page at kloqk.com/careers/ followed by your workspace name. Every job you post shows on it as soon as you save, with your logo, your color and your words. It's free on every plan.
Find and share your link
- Click Hiring in the sidebar, then the Your careers page tab.
- Under Put your careers page on your website, click Copy link, or Open to see it.
- Paste the link anywhere you hire: your website, a job ad, a window card, a text message. It always shows exactly what's open today.
Put it on your own website
The same card gives you three ways to add it to your site. Each has a Copy button:
- Or paste this into your site: a plain link to your careers page.
- A button for your site: a button in your own color. Paste it anywhere your site accepts HTML.
- Your open roles, inside your site: shows the jobs themselves on your own page and updates when you post or close one. Each job opens in a new tab.
If you have no open jobs yet, the card asks you to post one first. An empty careers page isn't worth linking to.
Show up in Google
Each job page carries the job details in the format Google reads for job listings (title, pay if you show it, location, responsibilities, your logo and more). Careers pages with at least one open job are also listed in Kloqk's sitemap, and Kloqk tells Google when you post or close a job.
That means your jobs can show up in Google search and Google's job listings. Google decides what it shows, so it isn't guaranteed. Linking to your careers page from your own website helps.
Make it yours
On the same tab, under Your careers page:
- Banner image: a wide photo of the shop, the team or the work. PNG, JPG or WebP, under 8 MB. Kloqk resizes it for you.
- Headline: one line across the top.
- About your business: a short paragraph above the roles.
- Your website: linked from the bottom of the page.
- Theme: Follow my dashboard, or pick a different theme just for this page.
- Equal opportunity statement: printed at the bottom of every job. Left blank, nothing is printed.
- Click Save.
Your logo and brand color come from Settings, Branding & language, so the page matches everything else. With no logo, the page shows your business's initial in your color. See Language and branding.
Good to know
- Jobs are grouped by department and show pay (if you chose to show it), the location and the work setting.
- When someone shares your careers link, the preview card shows your logo, color, headline and number of open roles.
- Applications land in Applicants, not in your inbox.
Questions people ask
Will my jobs show up on Google?
They can. Each job page includes the job details in the format Google uses for job listings, and Kloqk tells Google when you post or close a job. Google decides what it shows, so it is not guaranteed.
Can I put my open jobs on my own website?
Yes. Copy the link, the button, or the Your open roles snippet from Hiring, Your careers page, and paste it into your site.
Do I need to update my website when I post a new job?
No. The link, button and job list always show what is open today.
Does the careers page cost extra?
No. It is free on every plan.
