Plans, prices and billing

Kloqk has three plans, priced per location, never per employee. Free covers one location with unlimited employees. Pro is $29 per location per month, and Premium is $59 per location per month.

What each plan includes

Pro	$29 per location per month	Everything in Free, plus more than one location, employee logins, e-signature on documents, and your full history.
Premium	$59 per location per month	Everything in Pro, plus GPS geofencing for the Field Time Clock and two-way SMS.

How the price is worked out

You pay for each site, the places you run a time clock. Job sites for field crews don't count. Hiring more people never changes your bill. On the Billing page, each paid plan shows what it would cost for your number of locations.

If you add or remove a site on a paid plan, the subscription's location count updates to match, with the difference prorated.

Free trials offered today

Pro, free for 14 days, no card

Once your clock is running, with at least 2 people on your team and 3 punches recorded, an offer appears on your overview and on the Billing page. Click Try Pro free. There's no card to enter, and when the 14 days are up you go back to Free on your own. Nothing is deleted. Until you get there, the Billing page shows how far along you are. One Pro trial per business.

Premium, free for 30 days, card at checkout

On the Billing page, click Try Premium free for 30 days. You enter a card at checkout and nothing is charged for 30 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. This is offered once per business, and only if you haven't had a paid plan before.

The Field Time Clock also has its own 30 days free, counted from the first punch made with it. See Field Time Clock.

Upgrade

1. Click Billing in the sidebar.
2. On the plan you want, click Upgrade to Pro, Keep Pro (during a Pro trial) or Try Premium free for 30 days.
3. Enter your card on the secure checkout page.

If you click Keep Pro during your Pro trial, nothing is billed until the trial's end date.

Manage billing

Once you have a subscription, click Manage billing on the Billing page to change plans, update your card, or see invoices.

Good to know

• Only the owner sees the Billing page.
• On Free, records older than 90 days show a lock. Nothing is deleted, and moving to Pro shows them again.
• When a feature needs a paid plan, the page tells you which plan before you click.
• To stop a paid plan, see Cancel your plan or close your account.
